About the North America Center

Wenzhou Xinghua People's Public Welfare Association (XHMH-WZ), founded in 2023, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to youth development and community service. The association works on youth growth, community service and cross-cultural exchange, and maintains a branch in North America.

What we do in North America

The North America Strategic Center is one of the association's three overseas pillars (Asia, North America, Europe), led by David Liu, Executive Vice President and Standing Committee Member. Our focus is connecting the youth and public-welfare experience built in Wenzhou with schools, communities and Chinese-American families in North America.

Our regular work includes campus cultural exchange events with local schools, festival dinners with churches and community organisations, language and cultural exchange between Chinese and American youth, and welcoming local young people into the association's volunteer network.

Our principles

All activities are non-profit and non-commercial. Events involving minors are run with partner institutions present and follow local regulations. Volunteer information is used only for volunteer work.
